What We Provide

With over years of expertise, Subturbo take pride with our competencies in overhaul and service all make and models of turbochargers. Our customers are always assured of sound technical advice and solutions in improving of their turbocharger performance.

A standard overhaul will always be carried out following the Planned Maintenance System and according to OEM guidelines. This is usually a combination of field service with workshop assistance. This includes dismantling and cleaning on board. But also taking the rotor to our workshop for cleaning and balancing and of course the final assembly. If schedules are extremely tight, exchange parts will be considered.

Our engineers have all consumables at hand. This gives our customers the advantage of not having to purchase or obtain parts in advance. That also means there is no reason to keep spare parts on board. Saving unnecessary costs.

DYNAMIC BALANCING OF ROTOR SHAFT

We corrects any imbalance of the rotor shaft through dynamic balancing, optimizing the service life of the bearings.

We provide a cost-effective solution to the prohibitive replacement of the turbine blades by repairing the blade tips and leading edges.

Rotor shafts and their component parts such as bearing journals, pump spigots and seal areas can be restored by thermal spraying.

Turbine blade, nozzle ring and other main component parts can be restored to original condition by ash blasting.
